We start our Kapa Haka sessions with a Karakia Timatanga (beginning karakia). We often use this karakia as it is a settling, calming karakia. A "Karakia Hinengaro" to settle and ready our minds for the new learning we are about to do together.
Welcome to our Kapa Haka blog. This is a place to share and celebrate our Kapa Haka learning, waiata, haka, whakatauki, karakia... and more! We hope you enjoy learning alongside us!
